Javier is another example of an employee that has learned and developed skills resulting in a leadership position at Apptek. Javier started as a lather in the field, but by building on computer skills, and software systems for plan reading, and knowledge of building and technology, he has become a project manager and estimator involved in both residential and commercial projects.
